Nokia Slam: New Technology For Easy Bluetooth Sharing

Nokia has introduced new Bluetooth photo sharing technology which makes  Bluetooth sharing fast and easy. The new Bluetooth sharing  technology called ‘Slam’ is one of the key new features of Nokia’s latest mobile phones, the Nokia Asha 205 and Nokia 206. Now you can share Bluetooth files without pairing the two phones.

How does it work?

  1. Take a picture, choose ‘Send’ and then ‘Slam’ from the list.
  2. Slam quickly detects the nearest Bluetooth-enabled device and offers that device the file.
  3. The other person can accept and download the picture instantly.
