Samsung has officially announced GALAXY S4 . Check out first official image and it’s features. The Samsung GALAXY S4 will be rolled out with 327 mobile operators in 155 countries, from 
the end of April and will run Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
There will be a 3G or 4G LTE version of the GALAXY S4. 4G LTE, will support up to 6 different band sets for truly global LTE roaming. Slimmer yet stronger, less to hold yet more to see. The GALAXY S4 weighs just 130g and is only 7.9mm thick. GALAXY S4 has the world’s first Full HD Super AMOLED display, with a 5-inch screen for stunning viewing quality.
The GALAXY S4 is made out of polycarbonate and available in Black Mist & White Frost, with more colours becoming available later this year. The GALAXY S4 supports HSPA+42 Mbps and LTE which means wherever you are in the world, you can rely on perfect connectivity.
With a 13MP rear camera, & 2MP front camera, the GALAXYS4 boasts a Dual Camera function for taking simultaneous photos and videos. Presenter Will, has shown us a demo of how Dual Camera works with inserting himself into a photo, and choosing from variety of frames. Other new camera functions include Sound & Shot & Drama Shot, plus the ability to automatically create a photo album with Story Album.
Air View is now been optimised for the GALAXY S4 allowing users to preview content by hovering their fingers. With the GALAXY S4 we introduce S Translator. Providing instant translation for email, text message and ChatON, in 9 different languages.

Samsung Previews Samsung Hub and New Content Services on GALAXY S 4 at Unpacked
Samsung Hub will provide a single entry for Samsung's five content services, making it incredibly easy and convenient to use. You can browse through a variety of content across services, as well as purchase and manage content easily, from a single Samsung Account. Samsung Hub features an integrated search -- when you browse a keyword, the results will show related content from all of the five services at once.
Samsung WatchON, introduced at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February, is Samsung’s ‘Video Discovery’ service, aimed at providing a faster and easier way to watch live TV programs and on demand video content while using a mobile device. One of the unique features of Samsung WatchON is that it can transform a connected mobile device into a universal remote control, allowing users to search for live TV programs through a guide and then view those selections on their connected Samsung SMART TVs. Samsung WatchON also provides multi-screen capabilities, recommendations, one-stop search functionality, and social sharing functionality.
Samsung Apps, is a newly updated service that provides search functionality for applications in Samsung Apps, which are specialized for Samsung devices, and Google Play, as well.
Samsung ChatON for GALAXY S 4 offers a holistic communication experience by combining fun and creative text messaging with a high quality mVoIP/Video Chatting service. You can enjoy high quality video and voice chat with up to two friends on a WiFi and mobile network, as well as easily switching from text chat to video/voice chat and vice versa. The ‘Dual Camera’ feature, which allows both rear and front cameras to take simultaneous photos and videos, means you can now also share both images with during a video call. And for the ultimate sharing experience, the ‘Share Screen’ feature enables you to share your phone screen and the ability to control this with a friend during a one-to-one call, without having to download and upload files to their device. In addition, translation in ChatON, called ‘S Translator,’ supports you to enjoy the 1:1 chat with friends using different languages. Received messages from buddies can be translated automatically and manually into your language and also translation is possible when you send messages to your buddies. This translation function in ChatON is available only in the GALAXY S 4.
Group Play enables users to experience sharing photos, music, documents and games with their friends wherever they are, without the need for a network environment. Preloaded game content will be provided on the GALAXY S 4. Samsung is opening its SDK to the public, encouraging more partner development companies to develop various types of games in the future, further embracing its philosophy of innovation conceived by people in order to inspire them in return.
The GALAXY S 4 is the world’s first device to preload Visa’s payWave function into the embedded secure element, which can be used by both MNOs and banks; more payment applets from multiple brands are planned to be preloaded into the embedded secure element in coming months. NFC payments will be commercially available on the GALAXY S 4 on a global basis using the embedded secure element, in addition to using the SIM-based secure element.

Samsung Electronics announced today the fourth generation GALAXY S, the GALAXY S 4, designed to get you closer to what matters in life and bring your world together.

The beauty of the phone is the highly crafted design encompassing a larger screen size and battery, minimized bezel; all housed in a light (130g) and slim (7.9mm) shape. The GALAXY S 4 has the world’s first Full HD Super AMOLED display to showcase images at their very best. Its 5-inch large screen has 441ppi for stunning viewing quality. The Samsung GALAXY S 4 also utilizes Corning’s new Gorilla® Glass 3＊, making it a durable travel companion for all of life’s adventures.
Equipped with a 13 megapixel rear camera, the GALAXY S 4 also boasts a ‘Dual Camera’function that allows simultaneous use of both front and rear cameras. When capturing moments, users can choose from a variety of frame effects which blend the two pictures naturally and also adjust the size of the small picture inside the big one. Users can select 8 different ways to combine the two photos taken by the front camera and the rear camera. At the same time, the ‘Dual Video Call’ function enables you to make and receive a video call with friends and family while showing what you are looking at during the call.
The camera functionality extends beyond Dual Camera, as the device is also equipped with 12 outstanding shooting modes including ‘Drama Shot’, which allows you to see all the action in one continuous time-lapse, and ‘Sound & Shot’, which uniquely stores sound and voice together as the picture is taken so those special moments are captured in the truest form imaginable, exactly as they happened.
These meaningful moments can also now automatically be stored in a photo album, with the new ‘Story Album’ function. Photos taken by the GALAXY S 4 are automatically gathered and sorted out according to your timeline, geo-tagging information, or a specific event to create a photo album.
